Marcy, they record it! You could still sign up and then watch after work. They usually give about 3 weeks or so for everyone to send in their info for the critique!
Awesome! I won this last year and attended a Mary Kole webinar (which was so cool), so I won't be entering this year, but I'm about to tweet this post~ hope you get lots of entrants!
