I can't read the word peevish without thinking of Peeves from Harry Potter :) Great words!
What a great idea, to be an A-Z thesaurus! Actually, I don't use peevish, but it's such a fun word, maybe I'll see if I have a place for it :-)
Peevish sounds so proper. I have had a character use the word peeved, meaning someone was *issed-off.
